Notice Regarding Change of Parent Company

Macromill Southeast Asia has changed its parent company.

Macromill South East Asia, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoh Shibahara; hereinafter “Macromill South East Asia”) became a consolidated subsidiary of the Macromill Group’s Monitas Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidenori Hayashi; hereinafter “Monitas”) effective January 1, 2026, following the transfer of all shares held by our parent company, Macromill, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CEO: Toru Sasaki).

Since its establishment in July 2014, Macromill South East Asia has been providing online research and marketing solutions in Southeast Asia, primarily in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
As a continuing member of the Macromill Group, we will leverage Monitas’s robust business foundation, panel-building expertise, and new service development capabilities to further strengthen the support we provide for our clients’ marketing activities.
