Important: Announcement of Company Name Change, Updated Bank Details [INDONESIA]

We are pleased to announce that effective September 8, 2026, PT Macromill Southeast Asia changed the name to PT Monitas Asia Indonesia.

Thank you very much for your continued partnership and trust in the Macromill and Monitas Group.

We are writing to inform you that our corporate name (Indonesia) has officially changed, resulting from the absorption-type merger of Macromill South East Asia Inc. (the former parent company of PT MACROMILL SOUTH EAST ASIA INDONESIA) into Monitas Inc. on July 1, 2026.

Please find the details of the changes below:

1. Company Name Change

• New Company Name: PT MONITAS ASIA INDONESIA
• Former Company Name: PT MACROMILL SOUTH EAST ASIA INDONESIA 
• Effective Date: September 08, 2026

Note: Our business address and telephone numbers will remain unchanged.

2. Updated Bank Account Information

Due to our company name change, the account holder name will be updated. Details regarding the new bank account for transfers have been sent to each business partner individually via letter or email. Please contact our designated department if you have any questions.

3. Updated Email Addresses

In conjunction with the company name change, our email addresses also were updated.　Emails sent to our old addresses will be automatically forwarded to our new addresses for a transition period until December 31, 2026. 

4. Contracts and Agreements

All existing contracts, legal agreements, and business obligations under PT MACROMILL SOUTH EAST ASIA INDONESIA remain valid and will automatically transfer to PT MONITAS ASIA INDONESIA. No re-signing is required unless specified by your internal compliance requirements.
