We are pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2026, Japan-based Macromill Group companies Macromill Southeast Asia, Inc. and Monitas, Inc. have merged, marking a new beginning with Monitas, Inc. as the surviving entity.

While both companies have already been deepening their group collaboration, this merger fully integrates our management resources. By fusing Macromill Southeast Asia’s deep market understanding and operational capabilities in Southeast Asia with Monitas’s expertise in panel management and product development capabilities, we will create even greater synergies. Moving forward, we will accelerate our organizational responsiveness and elevate our quality, speed, and delivered value to provide even stronger support for your marketing activities in Southeast Asia.

No Impact on Existing Operations

This restructuring will have no impact on our existing business relationships, contracts, or day-to-day operations. Please be assured that your current transaction terms and points of contact will continue precisely as before.

 

Future Updates Regarding Local Subsidiaries

In conjunction with the merger of the parent companies, we plan to update the official company names of our local subsidiaries in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam in the near future. We will notify you of the details and effective dates as soon as they are finalized.

 

Bank Accounts and Invoicing

Please note that while the company name and registered address of the Japanese entity will change, there will be no changes to its bank accounts. For our local subsidiaries, all administrative and invoicing procedures will remain unchanged until their respective name transitions are fully completed.
